Access Control Systems for Homes, HOAs & Businesses
Easy entry for residents and staff, visitors screened before they come in, and a credential for each person, with the gate, barrier arm, readers and intercom working together. We plan, install and service the whole entrance.

One entrance, four jobs
Easy entry for residents and staff
Vehicle tags, remotes, cards, fobs or keypad codes, so the people who belong there get in without stopping.
Visitors screened and let in
A video intercom or call box lets a resident or the front desk see who is there and open the gate for them. Intercoms →
A credential for each person
Add a new resident, or turn off a lost fob or a former employee's card, without changing everyone else's access.
Everything working together
The gate or barrier arm, its operator, the readers, the exit loop and the intercom set up as one system.
What usually fits
| Property | Typical setup | Why |

| Condo garage | Vehicle tags or fobs, barrier arm or garage gate, exit loop | Fast entry at busy times; lost credentials turned off individually |
| Business or warehouse | Cards or fobs per employee, keypad for deliveries, schedules | Access by person and by hour; easy to remove former staff |

Access control questions
Can you add access control to my existing gate?
In most cases, yes. Keypads, readers and receivers connect to the gate operator. We check that the operator and wiring can support them first.
What happens if a resident loses a fob or tag?
With individual credentials, that one fob or tag is turned off and a new one issued. Everyone else keeps their access.
Can I open the gate from my phone?
With some systems, yes. It depends on the equipment you choose and a reliable internet or cellular connection at the gate.
Do you service keypads and readers installed by others?
Yes. We repair and reprogram existing keypads, card readers, receivers and vehicle tag readers.
